Privacy Policy

Who we are

Social Practice is a social media and lead-generation agency working with dental practices in London and Dubai. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can reach us at aliya.hamid@socialpractice.ae or saqib.hussain@socialpractice.ae.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and provide our services:

  • Information you give us — your name, email address, phone number, clinic or practice name, and the contents of any message — when you book a call, message us on WhatsApp, send an email, or otherwise contact us.
  • Booking details — when you schedule a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects your name, email and chosen time on our behalf.
  • Technical information — basic data your browser sends automatically (such as device and browser type), and information from cookies or similar technologies used by the third-party tools embedded on this site.

This website is intended for dental-practice owners and businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
  • To provide, manage and improve our services.
  • To send you relevant updates where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
  • To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Under UK GDPR, we rely on your consent (for example, marketing messages), the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (responding to enquiries), and our legitimate interests in running and growing our business. Where the UAE Personal Data Protection Law applies, we process your data on equivalent lawful bases.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:

  • Calendly — appointment scheduling.
  • WhatsApp / Meta Platforms — messaging, and the delivery and measurement of advertising.
  • Email and analytics providers — to receive your messages and understand site usage.

Some of these providers are based outside the UK and UAE (including in the United States), so your data may be transferred internationally. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to maintain our business records, or to meet legal requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email us at aliya.hamid@socialpractice.ae or saqib.hussain@socialpractice.ae and we will respond within the timeframes required by law. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this website is

This website provides information about our services and lets you contact us or book a consultation. Booking a call or sending an enquiry does not create a contract for services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Social Practice.

No guarantee of results

Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control. We do not provide clinical, medical or legal advice, and nothing on this site should be taken as such.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this site belong to Social Practice unless stated otherwise. Third-party names and logos shown on this site — including those of our clients — remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission to indicate a working relationship.

Third-party links and tools

This site links to and embeds third-party services such as Calendly and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those services, which are governed by their own terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social Practice is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
